Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy To ensure safety, quality service, and fair operations for both our crew and our guests, our fishing charter cancellations follow the guidelines below: 1. Weather-Related Cancellations (Captain’s Decision) Safety is our top priority. The captain has full authority to determine whether sea conditions allow us to depart. If the captain decides that conditions are unsafe, the charter will be rescheduled to the next available day at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible for the client, a full refund of the deposit will be issued. Note: During the rainy season, morning trips are recommended, as conditions are typically more stable. 2. Client Cancellations More than 72 hours before the tour: Full refund of the deposit, or option to reschedule. 48–72 hours before the tour: 50% of the deposit will be refunded, or you may reschedule without penalty. Less than 48 hours before the tour: The deposit is non-refundable, but you may transfer the booking to another date based on availability. Same-day cancellation: No refund of the deposit. No option to reschedule. 3. No-Show Policy If guests do not arrive at the scheduled departure time without prior notice, the entire deposit is forfeited. Preparing the boat, crew, and equipment incurs operational costs that must be covered. 4. Fishing Conditions Sport fishing depends heavily on nature, therefore: There is no guarantee of catching fish. Results vary based on sea conditions, weather, currents, and luck. Our crew uses professional equipment and the best techniques to maximize success. ok 5. Late Arrival Charters begin at the scheduled time. If guests arrive late, lost time cannot be added or recovered. The tour will end at the original agreed time. 6. Boat or Equipment Changes For operational reasons (maintenance, safety, availability), we may assign a similar vessel or equipment without affecting service quality. 7. Refund Method Refunds are issued only to the original method of payment. Processing time may take 5 to 7 business days. Approval Required: By confirming your booking or submitting your deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Cancellation Policy. These policies are designed to ensure safety, fairness, and smooth operations for both guests and crew.
